Save the date of 12th March 2023 for our charity’s showcase launch at Sheffield City Hall
We are excited to share with you the date of our charity’s showcase launch – Sunday 12th March 2023! It will take place at one of Sheffield’s most outstanding venues, Sheffield City Hall.
Registered as a charity in 2021, Triple A Performer is working hard to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodivergency within performing arts.
Neurodivergency covers a range of neurological conditions that vary the way in which someone learns, attends, communicates and interacts. This includes autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, etc.
Performing arts is a craft that attracts many neurodivergent children, young people and adults. One reason for this is thought to be because the individual can perform confidentially as an actor, singer, and enjoy a more extrovert experience on stage or screen. Just like neurotypical performers, neurodivergent performers are talented across a broad repertoire, accessing the same training to hone their skill set.
Triple A Perfomer’s showcase event on 12th March 2023 is in its early stages of development but we can promise you that we already have lots of amazing ideas to ensure it’s a night to remember, not only in terms of the performances but also the key messages around neurodiversity to bring about a level playing field for all.
